Michael Jackson hired Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush for a service to design and deliver end items (costumes/outfits) for him.
He (MJ) paid them (Tompkins/Bush) quite well for a service, both a designer fee and for the cost of ALL materials!
It is no different than you hiring an interior designer to “outfit” your house!
Since when it is legally allowable for the designer to take possession and ownership of the deliverable end items upon death???
It would be unfathomable for an interior designer to come to your residence upon your death and remove all your property from your house (I.e., curtains, furniture, etc.) and claim possession and ownership after you have already paid for and have title and ownership of all of these items!
No, they absolutely would NOT legally be allowed to remove your property which you already paid for (both the service designer fee and paid for all the tangible raw materials required to make all of the products e.g. thread, material, etc)!
Then, why is it any different or legally acceptable for Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush to take possession and ownership of Michael Jackson’s “already paid for” clothing upon his death??? Well, the only logically, rational, and (I think) legal answer to this question is that IT IS NOT!!!
IMO EVERY SINGLE ITEM OWNED BY MICHAEL JACKSON BELONGS TO HIS THREE (3) CHILDREN, PERIOD!!! NO ONE ELSE OWNS MICHAEL’S PERSONAL BELONGINGS – NOT MICHAEL BUSH, NOT JOHN BRANCA, NOT JOHN MCCLAIN, NOT JULIEN’S AUCTIONS, NOT DARREN JULIEN, NOT MARTIN NOLAN, NOT EVEN THE PEOPLE THAT IMO PURCHASED ANY OF MICHAEL JACKSON’S PROPERTY FROM THE NINE (9) PREVIOUS JULIEN’S AUCTIONS CONTAINING MJ’S BELONGINGS THAT I BELIEVE SHOULD BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY TO PRINCE, PARIS , AND BLANKET!!!
